Estonian e-invoices, Smart-ID and Mobiil-ID sign-in, local VAT and support in Estonian and Russian. This is where we started and where our team is.
Shops comfortable with a Russian or English interface can start today. EU VAT and e-invoicing rules are shared.
Common EU VAT logic, EN 16931 / Peppol e-invoicing readiness, GDPR and data on servers inside the EU. Works in any member state in English.

One address for every language
CarsEXP lives at one address — carsexp.com. The language is in the URL: /et/ Estonian, /ru/ Russian, /en/ English. There are no separate country sites, separate prices or separate support: every shop gets the same product and the same updates.
Country domains such as carsexp.ee are “doors”: they lead to your language inside carsexp.com. An Estonian customer finds us at the familiar .ee address while the product and its history stay in one place.
European rules built in, not bolted on
VAT with multiple rates, e-invoicing readiness to the EN 16931 / Peppol standard, personal-data protection (GDPR) and EU data residency are the foundation of the platform, not an add-on module.
Each shop’s data is separated from every other shop’s data, down to the database level. The vehicle passport — a car’s service history — travels with the car only with the owner’s consent.
What comes next
Interface languages today are Estonian, Russian and English. New languages and country specifics are added together with partners and first customers in each country — see the partners page.
