What is free forever
Clients and vehicles, repair orders with honest itemised pricing, digital vehicle inspections (DVI) with photos and a health score, invoicing, online booking and the schedule — the operational heart of a workshop is free, for good.
The free plan includes up to 3 team members and 200 vehicles on file. That is enough to run a small shop end-to-end without ever paying a cent.
Why we give the core away
A workshop should not pay a monthly fee just to write a repair order or send an invoice. Those are table stakes. We believe software earns its price only when it clearly makes you money or saves you time — so that is the only thing we charge for.
What is paid (only if you want it)
Your own customer-facing website and premium templates, add-on modules for specific markets and workflows, the AI assistant, e-invoicing and messaging channels, and higher limits (more users, more vehicles) for growing shops.
Everything paid is optional and switch-on/switch-off. You are never forced to buy a bundle to keep working.
No lock-in
Your data is yours. Export your organisation’s data at any time. Tenant isolation and GDPR (a Data Processing Agreement is available) are built in. If you ever leave, you leave with everything.
